BTB Feng Shui - The Bagua

10/3/2020

Feng shui is an ancient Chinese practice of arranging physical objects to achieve a balance between yin and yang energies. The BTB Feng Shui Bagua is an important component of feng shui that helps to create a harmonious living space. The bagua is used to identify the areas of your home that are associated with certain aspects of life, such as relationships, health, and career. By understanding the bagua, you can create a more balanced and harmonious home environment. In this blog post, we will discuss the basics of BTB Feng Shui Bagua, including what it is and how to use it, as well as some tips for getting the most out of your bagua.
There are different schools of feng shui but in this post we’re going to focus on BTB or Western feng shui.  Regardless of what school of feng shui you work with, all feng shui practitioners use something called a bagua.  The bagua is essentially a road map to your life through the various areas of your home and/or property.

The bagua has 9 areas called guas.  Each gua represents a different area of your life, and each one is represented by a different colour, direction, element and number.  The 9 guas are:
